My biggest take away is while we are trying to do more, shine brighter, and do it better, we’re actually hurting other women in the same shoes as we are. How about being more kind to other women – and ourselves? That is just huge to me. And that’s not even taking into consideration the perfect life projection of social media. But that’s a book in itself. The power of self talk makes all the difference in the world. I learned so much from this book and wish I had it (cough, cough) a few years ago.
